Need to Know
I'm Interested in Using Your Dispatching Services, What Do I Need to Get Started?
We're excited to work with you! In order to get started you will need the following:
• a copy of MC Authority
• signed and completed carrier packet
• copy of CDL for each driver being dispatched if your truck if around the legal weight
• proof of insurance (including insurance company contact info)
• signed W-9
• truck and trailer combo ( for semi trucks)
• your factoring company's name, address and phone number.
Is There a Minimum Amount of Liability Coverage Needed to Work with Gifted Dispatching?
You must have at least $ 1,000,000 in liability coverage and at least $100,000 in cargo coverage.
I Would Like to Terminate My Agreement, is This Allowed?
Yes! Clients may terminate their contract agreement within 30 days without penalty. Terminations after the 30-day period will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. Please note: Paragon Independent Dispatch reserves the right to terminate agreements at their discretion.
How Long is the Contract Agreement?
- Contract agreements are for a minimum of six months
- If less than six months please send me an email
What type of trucks do you dispatch?
We dispatch Dry Vans, Power Only, Reefer, Flat Beds, Hotshots, and Box Trucks.
